Electricity Regulation Act 4 of 2006 (current as at December 2025)
Note that the President signed the Electricity Regulation Amendment Act 38 of 2024 into law on 20 August 2024, and this amendment commenced on 1 January 2025.
Note that Schedule 2 of the Electricity Regulation Act 4 of 2006 (which provides for the exemption from the obligation to apply for and to hold a licence from NERSA) has been amended a number of times:
