Joy’s passion for working with people began during her undergraduate studies in Human Resources at the University of the Western Cape. Over the past 19 years, Joy has gained extensive experience across various HR functions and industries in South Africa. She is deeply committed to supporting and empowering marginalised groups—whether through direct engagement or by building inclusive workplace practices.

Joy believes strongly in the principle of Ubuntu, which promotes kindness, patience and respect in how we relate to others. She is dedicated towards cultivating organisational cultures that reflect these values, with a focus on inclusivity, strong collaboration, clear and transparent communication, grounded leadership and a sense of gratitude in how we work together.
